Blowin’Free is a micro gin distillery based in Scotland. We take pride in producing premium spirits and providing a reliable, friendly service.
Using Our Website
By using our website, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when placing an order
- Use the site for lawful purposes only
- Not attempt to interfere with website security or functionality
Age Restrictions
It is illegal in the UK to purchase alcohol if you are under 18. By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You will not supply our products to anyone under 18
Couriers may request valid photo ID on delivery. Parcels cannot be left unattended or in a safe place.
Orders and Payments
When you place an order through our Shopify store:
- You will receive an order confirmation email
- Payment is taken securely at checkout
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order
Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched the same working day. Couriers aim to deliver within 3–5 working days. No weekend deliveries.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Returns and Refunds
You have a 14‑day cooling‑off period for online purchases. To qualify for a return:
- Products must be unopened and in original packaging
- You must contact us before returning any items
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Liability
We are not liable for:
- Delays caused by couriers or external factors
- Losses resulting from misuse of our products
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
